General Return and Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with you purchase for any reason, Fancasa.com accepts returns for damaged goods or exchanges. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition (washed or worn apparel will not be accepted). Sealed or shrink-wrapped items will not be accepted if the shrink wrap or seal has been broken. No returns on posters or CDs (unless CD is unopened). If your item meets the above criteria you can return or exchange your merchandise to Fancasa.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you would like to return or exchange your item please e-mail customer service at sales@fancasa.com to let them know. In your e-mail, please include your order number, so we can properly reference the return, the tracking number for the return shipment, so we can ensure we receive it, and the reason for return or exchange. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one or different size, please make sure to list the exact item or size you would like to receive instead
Once the merchandise is received we will process the necessary exchange or refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The customer is held responsible for all shipping related charges for sending items back to us. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, by crediting your order. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Canceling or Changing your order
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@fancasa.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping system are designed to make sure your order gets out as quickly as possible. Therefore, if your order has already been shipped we can no longer change or cancel your order without you returning it, after you receive your item.
